LaTressa Moses is a native of Ocilla, Georgia. She’s the author of It Starts as a Child: A Personal Development Guidebook for Teens. She has been helping children and teens throughout her career in a variety of settings, including mental and behavioral health, and her non-profit. In 2014, she founded Striving To Empower Many (STEM), a non-profit that works primarily with teenagers by creating learning opportunities to teach them skills that will promote growth mindsets, practices to assist with critical decision-making, and methods for understanding self-assurance. LaTressa currently resides in Georgia and continues to lend her life to her personal vision for the youth in her community and surrounding communities.
